Hello all,
In the Zonons app, how much details should be included? Are you supposed to include the ebay information of the item?
The first item I shipped I porvided a ver short descrition "Used transmission gear from a US made 2005 honda accord"
Is that enough?
PS: I am shipping at Canada post in person.

So far all I have been doing is printing off and including the "packing slip" which I've adjusted to make sure it includes the picture. (this is what I've always included but previously didn't have the picture). Note that the picture thumbnail is poor.
I'm fortunate that 90% plus of my items are all postage stamps code 9704.00.0000
I'm using zonos prepay since like you I'm in person at the post office.
I've gotten tired of having to type in "used postage stamp collector stamps" to get zonos to properly pick 9704.00.0000 so I've been manually putting in collector postage stamps and manually putting in the 9704.00.0000. I do not do anything else, I don't attach pictures, invoices, scans etc.
So far everything seems to have gone through customs ok. I have 2 that were stuck in limbo during the strike that have not yet been delivered and have been moving very slowly on the USPS side. I think they're both finally out of customs now. As a note one customer had one purchased and in limbo, they purchased another when I reopened my store once rotating strikes started and the 2nd one looks a lot like it will beat the first one to their door!!!

Simply take a picture of the item, or upload an existing one from your eBay listing. Let Zonos do it's AI thing. Edit the information generated by Zonos if it got anything wrong (e.g. change the HTS code/value/country of origin; if necessary remove or correct keywords in the "description" generated by Zonos). Done.
