Listing only offers letter postage

When I list an item on eBay.ca, I enter weight as 240g size as 8x8x2But on asking for the calculation it only offers the letter service with a max 50g. What about parcel services etc.?

Measurements may be before but the weight is not. eBay selects lettermail and then says 50g max
