I ordered some LED bulbs in January but never got them. As a matter of fact they are shown as not shipped. When I checked the sellers feedback that were 98% and noticed he had a lot of negatives for that reason. I then started to look at the feedback...

Buying from sellers using Global is just another way for Ebay to make more money. They charge taxes and fees on items I would not have to pay in all cases. I refuse to buy from anyone using that service.
