Handling 0 feedback members that act like a bull in a China shop is alot of work as they don`t read or understand policies, does anyone have any thoughts they would like to discuss on this matter?
Thank you

I've found that it doesn't make much difference if someone has 0 FB or 500 FB. I've had as much trouble with buyers with higher feedback (maybe more) than buyers with 0 feedback. Fortunately this doesn't happen that often. You just have to remember that we all started with 0 and we keep learning new things about how ebay works everyday I have an easier time being patient with someone with who is inexperienced than someone who has been buying on ebay for years. It's not usually the FB score that shows what a person is like. It's usually the amount of negs that I worry about more. I find that most buyers are easy to get along with and it's just a small percentage that cause trouble. Some people are just like that. There's not much we can do about that except stop selling on ebay.

I have taken a lot of 0 feedback clients and haven't had any problems yet! Money is money... To me it doesn't make a difference how many feedback a client has, I give everyone a chance. We were all newbies at one time 🙂

Hello all, I think the isue of low feedback problem buyers may have a fair bit to do with market sector. Certain types of merchandice seem to come with an inordinate share of newbies with an enhanced sense of entitlement. And some sectors seem to attract folks with lapses in their medication. But then again, we've had some wonderful transactions with new folks. Zomething else to bear in mind isthat a zero may not indicate someone new to ebay, just someone with a new account.
The biggest source of angst with us is buyer dissatisfaction with shipping prices and transit times.
Here's to a strong fourth quarter!
