Please need you opinion.
A buyer buy a product from me and ask after the listing is end to get reduction on shipping or he will cancel the transaction. I explain that I can not do that because the shipping and handling charges are specified on my listing and it would be not fair for my other customer.
I offer to him another solution, just cancel the transaction and pay me 5$ for inconvenients (the package is already ready tio ship, listing fees, my time lost etc
He comes back and menace me to cancel the transaction and he don't need my approbation for taht.
I'm not able to left negative feedback because I don't see that option when I try ..
Help me your experience please or what you think

Hi..
For one thing the buyer CAN NOT,,,I REPEAT...CAN NOT cancel the transaction, ONLY you the seller can let them off the hook.
OPTOINS:
1. You could file a UPI (Unpaid Item ) dispute (after 4 days) in your "Resolution Center" on your ebay Summary page.
2. You could offer to do a "Mutual Cancellation"..NOTE: If not done right you would loose your FVF (Final Value Fee) that you pay ebay when the item is sold.
Just my opinion I would do #1.
Reason: you clearly stated in your listing for shipping cost...it is the buyer responsibility to read the entire listing and ask ALL questions BEFORE placing a bid.
"IF the buyer does not pay in the time frame the UPI dispute is filed, you cose the case and ebay will refund your FVF and buyer is unable t leave feedback.

I would NOT offer the Mutual Cancellation. This guy is a bully and if you do he is very likely to refuse it. This leaves you with an open transaction, fees to pay, no chance to start the Unpaid Item Dispute and he can leave feedback. And you know that no matter what you do, he will leave negative feedback because he is a bully.
Ignore his threats.
Wait until 96 hours after the purchase. Open an Unpaid Item Dispute.
If he pays, ship with Delivery Confirmation-- even if this is more expensive than you would like. This is Expedited and is best purchased through Paypal. You will get a 20-25% discount from PO counter prices for doing this.
DC means he cannot claim non-delivery. Which is likely because he is a bully and a liar.
Leave NO feedback.
If he does not pay, close the UID after another 96 hours and he gets a Strike, which makes it harder for him to buy on eBay. He might even get tossed off the site entirely. He will not be able to leave you feedback. You will get your fees returned.
Put him on your BLOCKED BIDDERS LIST. Immediately.
If he is able to leave feedback, you can Respond to it, even if you leave no feedback of your own. The most effective feedback is calm and factual. Make him look like a drooling anger monkey and you like a smooth professional.

I understand the $5 restocking fee. He won't pay it. Forget it and don't mention it again.
