On Saturday, I suddenly started to get annoying pop-ups on Firefox from something called Coupscanner, just on my eBay sites. I googled it and found a way to uninstall it, big relief. Then last night, it came up on IE, and I could find no way to delete it.
I spent a long time on the phone with my server this morning but they couldn't find a way to delete it, I called eBay, and they said they had several complaints about it, but they can't delete it either.

No problems here.
Do you have a pop up blocker on ie that you can use?
Or..
If you download and run a scan with a program such as malwarbytes or spybot, that might help to get rid of them. You should be able to download either of those at cnet.com which is a reliable site.

Yes, I have a pop-up blocker turned on, but obviously it didn't work.
Spybot also didn't get rid of it. Bell thought it was from eBay, which I guess makes sense in a way because it only comes up on the eBay sites.
Google has several ways to get rid of it, but none worked.

Triber, if you have an anti-virus security program (such as Norton or McAfee) you can contact them and they will help you to remove the program you are having trouble getting rid of.
Sometimes they want to add on a small program that lets them access your pc from their end and I've never had a problem with that. As soon you log off with them they can no longer access your pc any more. So far I have had both Hewlett Packard and my security programs help me with problems over the years that way.

Thanks vintagenorth, I will call McAfee tomorrow. Bell put that program on for me, I would have thought they could have done something today. My ear aches from holding the phone to it today.
