I'm only asking this because for the first time in months I have lost the 15% PowerSeller discount and it will drop to 5% for July's invoice. I went to look to see what kind of a difference it makes and I can't see ANYWHERE on any invoice where my discount is listed. I even went back through the last few months and I don't see them anywhere on those ones as well.
It keeps saying "Congradulations! You received a 15% FVF discount!"
Yes, but WHERE is it listed so that I can see how much it was?? Now I'm wondering if they just keep saying it but have not actually applied on my account? No where do I see it listed as to $XXX.XX of dollars was taken off of my fees as a PowerSeller discount.
Where do i go to look for it and find it? Just curious...
When I reviewed my invoices the comment "PowerSeller Discount: You Saved 15% on Final Value Fees This Billing Cycle" is the very last entry in the Transaction Fees section of the report.
Thanks! I actually found it buried on page 84 of a multi-page invoice in the Seller account. Ebay should make it easier and just have a place for it on the main tabs when you click your Seller invoice and then click "Credits" instead off burying it away.
Great help, Pierre, thanks. I found it.
It is indeed on the final billing day, in this case on June 30th at 00:00:00 am. My 20% discount = $27.02 on this invoice. I just needed to see it for myself.......not that I don't trust eBay!! LOL!!
