BIDPAY vs PAYPAL?

I hear BidPay is back on board with ebay? I used to use them with no fees incurred for sellers when buyers sent Western Union Money orders. Is this still their system (money orders) This was great for sellers. OR do they have an account where they hold your $$ like paypal and if so what are the fees in comparison to Paypal? Which is better? Does Bidpay need an USA bank account or are they accommodating to CAN sellers? ANY comments on Bidpay would be greatly appreciated.

I think i just answered my own question...i received an email from BidPay as to their new launch and to "welcome" me, yet upon visiting their site it reads, "Sellers must have a USA bank account to receive BidPay payments. Only USA bank accounts are supported at this time." So unfortunately most Canadian sellers cannot use their program. I guess this is why eBay has allowed them back on the system for they charge fees similar to Paypal so their is no real benefit like their used to be with money orders sent to sellers and no fees.:-( From reading other threads on accepted payment options or shipping options available to CAN sellers, we dont have many options here that are affordable-
