Buy Now - Pay Now Feature... does this work???

I've been trying without any luck to list auctions using the new Buy-Now Pay-Now feature that is supposed to be available. This is supposed to alleviate the NPB problem with buy-it-nows. There's even a help page for this http://pages.ebay.com/help//index_popup.html?sell=immediatepayment.html but even if I follow every guidline, I never see this option on the selling form. I wonder if this is a feature available to US registrants only? Or am I missing something here?

Anybody got a clue on this?????

I found this sentence under "Shipping Requirements"

"In addition, when you require immediate payment, you must ship within your current geographic location (i.e., within the United States if you list on ebay.com), given that you must specify shipping costs at the time you list your item."

Maybe that's the glitch that is holding you back.
