Yes you send them a Cancellation only after they confirmed to agree to it and you will get your funds back minus listing fees...

You send Cancellation they accept you get fees back

You send cancellation and they don't respond after X amount of time you close case and get fees back..

You send Cancellation and they deny it and you don't get fees back
