Hi, I say that I don't ship to P.O.Boxes but someone asked if I could exception, I said sure because they live in a suburb that doesn't have their own personal mailboxes yet.
Anyway, I sent an invoice to him and he says when he goes to pay it, it won't allow him to because it says "seller doesn't ship to P.O.Boxes." I've looked to see if I could revise my ad, but I couldn't because he already purchased the item.
Any ideas of what I could do so I can get this item paid? Much appreciated!
Carla:)

Two suggestions to confuse the bots.
Have him change PO Box 1234 to 1234 Box - which looks like a street address. The postal code will get it to the right address.
Have him change PO Box 1234 to Caisse Postale 1234 - hoping that the bots are not bilingual.
Can't hurt to try.
BTW. Actual PO Boxes are the safest way to ship. Not the supermailboxes but the ones in post offices or outlets, This is because the owner must either open with a key or pick up the item from the PO counter, often signing for the parcel.
The reason some sellers use that is that in the USA many sellers use UPS or other couriers to ship and those companies cannot drop parcels at PO Boxes. This is rarely a problem in Canada.
