Do I have to pay 2 times the shipping for 2 items from the same company?

Hello,

I would like to buy two different items from the same company, do i have to pay like for two parcels or could they be put together so I can pay for only one parcel, like less then the amount of the two shipping ( 10 instead of 9+9).

If the seller is enrolled in the Global Shipping Program, he is not able to combine and discount shipping.

Ask him to set up a private auction for you , with agreed cost and shipping, outside his GSP listings. He should use your user name as the title to make it easy to find.

Or he could bill you through Paypal's Send Money service and mark the items as Paid manually.
