Buyer from New Zealand Cannot Make A Purchase.

Made the revisions but does New Zealand fall under some of the countries I have blocked previously.

Blocked countries include most of the South Asian ones.

This is what comes up, The Seller Will Ship To New Zealand, But The Seller Has Not Specified Shipping Options,  Contact The Seller and Request A Shipping Option.

I have made all the revisions I can think of, but the buyer still cannot purchase the item.

At least one listing of yours that I checked seems to have shipping costs for Canada and the U.S. but not for any other country. Could you have specified Small packets USA instead of international?

Finally had my "Crash & Burn" & didn't rise until after nine.

Thanks PJ, some items are now only available for the US & Canada only, especially the expensive ones.

For some reason the sale went through overnight, maybe the problem was at his end.

Seemed to have this problem with New Zealand about a year ago also.

Will check the completed listing & check the revisions I made last night.

Well for the items I was referring to, you specified worldwide shipping. For example item 400600055062 specifies worldwide shipping but there are very few shipping costs showing. There is no shipping price for Australia, Austria, Belgium and quite a few more.

Thanks PJ, I just noticed that. Have made the revision on that item.

You had the same concern a couple of years back on some of my listings.

I don't know if I've done anything different in my listings other than specifying US & Canada only.

Spending time still trying to figure out why I cannot edit the description, just script, on the Sell Similar function on IE but I can on Chrome.

I guess something to do with the updates a few days ago.

Set IE to compatibility mode if using IE after recent updates.

Thanks Poco, I didn't even know a Compatibility Mode existed.

Clicked on, added .com &.ca & it seems to work fine.

I guess I am probably the only one that never knew it existed.

Can you know help me find & turn off my computer moron switch ?

The recent updates to IE have caused issues that seem to be fixed by compatibility mode. I read about it in the eBay.com forums. Many IE users (latest versions of IE 10 and 11 apparently) with this issue report that compatibility mode works. I (and others) keep posting to topics about this to help spread the information.

In the future, IE may get updated again and not work with compatibility mode. eBay will eventually make their system work with non-compatibility mode and break it with compatibility mode, LOL.

eBay changes, PayPal changes, browser changes, operating system changes, all contribute to making eBay life "challenging" for all eBay buyers and sellers. With so many sources of change, it is a wonder that using eBay works for more than a month at a time!

PS "challenging" is a polite word I am using.

Hi 'poco' -- I prefer to stick with IE, even though I switched to Chrome to avoid the unreadable bar code problems on shipping labels, so I'd like to give this fix a try (temporary though it may be).

I'm lost when it comes to fiddling with the options and programmings of browsers -- where do you find the option to use "compatibility" mode, or how does it get switched on?

Thanks in advance!  (And yes, we'll just say "challenging" even though we're grinding our teeth and grimacing over this problem) Woman Happy
