This is an addendum thread to NIGHTMARE DECEMBER CANADA POST SHIPPING. If you had late shipments with Canada Post on Dec 5th or Dec 14 - 16 and are willing to give me your information I would like to hear from you. I have finally reached someone in Canada Post...in fact I have a commercial customer service specialist visiting us at our business in the next 24 hours. I would be happy to forward your information to this rep if you are still having problems. So far...Canada Post is not admitting that there is any problem with these ship dates. Alternatively I have a new number that might be helpful to contact Canada Post about shipping problems. If you have a Canada Post customer number you can reach the COMMERCIAL SERVICE NETWORK at 1-866-757-5480.

Canada Post is opening up an investigation into holiday missing packages from Dec 5th and Dec 14-16th. A customer service commercial specialist just contacted me and the investigation is being launched from the Mississauga Gateway Postal Facility. Mr. Peddle listened to my issues with patience and respect. He was extremely knowlegeable about Canada Post operations and promised me that he would get back to me on Tuesday with his preliminary findings AND the results of the investigation by Friday. He even gave me his personal cell phone number!!!! If anyone out there still have packages missing from these shipping dates...please let me know and I will forward this information to Mr. Peddle.

I have like 8 Small Packets on that situation (from Dec 15 dropped at the POst Office on the 16) I tried to open a claim today and now they said I needed to wait 45 days ! LOL They REALLY SUCK !

Hi Patty,

Just to let you know that none of my packages have turned up, I contacted CP again, they are not at all interested and will not even open up a claim until the full 45 days have transpired , which means Jan 31st They also imparted another piece of good news , it will take at least 60-90 days to investigate the claim.
Did you have any luck when they came to visit you
