CP online business center - commercial expedited or expedited?

Does anyone know the difference? I am paying between $12 and $14 cdn for a commercial expedited parcel to anywhere in the USA and I find it's pretty expensive. However, I do not have the time to fill up a manifest by hand.

Weight, size, departure point and destination are needed before you could get a yes or no or by how much.

For $14 I can ship 4.5 kg from Ottawa to all the US North East states (as far sount as DC) westward to Ohio.

OR 3.5 kg to include all the way south to Florida and west to Mississippi and the Dakotas.

OR 2.5 kg all the way to Hawaii and Alaska.

Thats with a commercial account and manual manifests.
