Repair those by using Free Shipping (add the domestic shipping cost into your asking price) on your current listings. This will give you automatic Five Stars for Shipping Cost.
You could also do some buying from sellers who leave early feedback. Buyers can only get positive feedback.
And answer emails promptly in future.
