Can't purchase items

I've been trying to buy a couple of games from seller "pnpgames" for the last 3 days now. When I click BUY IT NOW, it takes me to a

"Sorry, the seller is not accepting bids or offers from you at this time."

I've sent them an email and they told me that I haven't been blocked and it might be an issue with ebay. How do I resolve this?

Have you had any unpaid items lately..?

If you have had 2 or more unpaid items most

sellers have an automatic block set so you cannot bid.

Try a different browser

I don't have any unpaid items from them. As for browser... how would that help? I've tried with 2 other sellers for the same games and both worked, I just can't buy from pnpgames for some reason.
