What's the point in having an eBay account if many sellers in the US will not ship to Canada!  X-(

Our neighbours have the largest economy in the world and many don't see any need to sell outside their own borders.

You can set your Search criteria so that only sellers who will ship to Canada appear.

You can ask sellers of particular items if they will ship to Canada. Many have never thought of it.

If a seller agrees make sure you have a firm quote (Not "about $5" but" it will be $7.73 ") that the seller will use USPS/Canada Post shipping and that he understands that the price you pay and the declared value should match.

Some sellers have set their contact system to block queries from blocked destinations. Just move on, they really don't want your money.

Hi...well there are alot of sellers that don't ship out of the country they live in, one of the reason is that shipping cost a lot to ship outside the country, that makes the item higher cost and nobody wants to pay for the item that you could buy at your local store for the same or a bit less.

Then on the other hand you could ask the seller if they would be willing to ship to you and you would be willing to pay for the extra cost. Never hurts to ask, all they can say is NO...right..

If a US seller doesn't ship to Canada, his listings will not show on eBay.ca. Restrict your searches to eBay.ca.
