I had successfully bought an item on eBay and had it delivered to me with no problems. I then gave the buyer a great review.
He then contacted me shortly after asking if he could send me a cancelation email so he could save on fees.
I was pretty sure this was against eBay policy, (I'm fairly new at using eBay,) so I avoided the question and tried to do some research online, to which I found nothing.
Now, he's actually sent me the cancelation request, in which he lists, "the item is no longer in stock."
I will decline, but what wondering, how do I report something like this?
I couldn't find anything similar to that situation listed in eBay's resolution Centre. Should I even report?
