Credit card payment

I want to buy in Ebay but the seller want only paypal, my problem is my credit card cant link to my paypal, i am in canada, anyone can suggest me what i have to do to get those items using my credit card.

Any idea why your credit card won't work with PayPal?  Are you the secondary and not the primary cardholder, perhaps?

Is it a credit card or is it a prepaid card? Not all of the latter are accepted.

i am the primary holder, i asked the bank manager regarding this problem and they dont know also why is'nt working on my card. 

its always say:

We're sorry, but that credit card can't be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different credit card.

Is there anyone here use there Canadian Dollar Credit Card?

It sounds like the credit card you are trying to use is already being used for a different paypal account.

Is there another account associated with that card?

i see, i will go check my other paypal account, which only from philippines. i tried to register also my credit account on that but i cant change the address or country!
