I have asked that question myself. As far as I know, there is nowhere tand no way to report 'good' customer service interaction.
The same goes with outstanding service from a seller. Sure, you can leave glowing feedback but sometimes that doesn't feel like enough. I tried calling ebay about it. I'm not sure the message got through to the seller because I had already thanked her and said so with feedback and in a message but as far as I was concerned she did such a great job on my order that she deserved some kind of free pass so that if she ever had an instance where someone was less than pleased, her record would remain clean because her service for me was 11/10.
