Customer says they have not received their item!!! What to do?!?!?

Hello,

I have a customer who is saying that they didn't receive their item. What do I do?!?! It's been over a month (since Feb 25, 07) and their package is still not arrived. It was an unconfirmed international address that I shipped to, paid through PayPal. I've contacted Canada Post and they said that they can't do anything until 45 days after the shipped date (May 1, 2007!!! so late!!) Can anyone help?

Be aware that you only have 45 days from the transaction (sale) date to file for your fees back - you must be pretty close.

Yes, today is the 44th day since the sale transaction day. I'm so glad that I asked today instead of waiting longer! Thanks again to everyone who wrote back to my plea for help! 🙂

Can someone tell me where the "refund button on the transaction page" is? I was looking for something like this and have never seen such a thing. Am I blind?
