Description Builder problem

I have a problem. 
Is there keys I can push to get the Description builder to close? 
I am using Turbo to do some listings, the Description builder pop up has shifted a bit for each auction. Now I am unable to move the page to be able to click on the " Next " button. 

In turn I am unable to do anymore listings as I can't close the page or move onto the next step. 

I remember before there were buttons I could push on my keyboard to close it, I just can';t rememeber what they are.

If you see the Description Builder window move down to prevent you from using the Save or Cancel buttons, please use ALT+S to save the window successfully.
