Dispute case cancelled automatically when payment mark unpaid???

I have never received any payments from the seller. I opened a unpaid case but the case was closed automatically when the payment was mark as paid. I did not click payment was paid...I have no idea what happened. The next minute I opened the case, it was close automatically...I have NEVER received any money from this seller. Please take off the credit fee please. Now the item was mark paid and there is no paypal transactions. Both the buyer and I were agreed on canceling the order. I have not idea what to do right now.....frustrated....

Are these for your dolls? Those sold in October. If your buyer didn't pay and you open an Unpaid Case and they STILL didn't pay, you have to close the case yourself with ebay to get your Final Value Fee back. You have only 32 days to do that.

An Unpaid Item Case will close either because the buyer paid immediately after the case opened, or because four days lapsed and it expired and you had to close it. Are you enrolled in Unpaid Item Assistant?

Also, be sure to check your paypal account for payment from the buyer and before that, check the email address on your seller account is for the correct email address that you want to use to receive payment.

If none of those actions shed any additional light on this, you're going to have to call Customer Service for insight. Rarely, there is a delay in the spending of emails from paypal to say a payment was received.

If you opened a Cancel Request, the buyer has 10 days to acknowledge that. If they don't you still have to ask to get your Final Value Fees refunded. A buyer marking the Item Paid doesn't change that. Is it possible that you did in error?
