I have a problem with my order of Aug 1, 2013.  I received it on Aug 19 . I ordered 2-2bottles of fully hair building fibers.  When I received it there was only 3 bottles.  I tried to report it on paypal but I couldn"t get anywhere with it.  My Item # is 221225268759.  Please help me.

After you have tried (and failed) to come to some sort of agreement with the seller, you can open an Item Not As Described dispute.

However, be aware that PP/eBay will demand that you prove the return of the entire order to the seller before they will send your refund.

The seller may be more flexible, so be polite. It is hard to prove a negative like short shipping. Weighing the package would help especially if you can compare the cost of shipping for three and for four items on the seller's national postal service website with the postal markings on the package.
