Do I need to relist all my items manually after getting eBay Store to get the FVF discounts?
I just got an eBay store and had an item sold, but noticed it's still charging me 10% FVF. Thanks.

FVF are charged based on the rate in existence at the time of listing.

Does that also mean people who cancel stores can still get the discounted FVF if those listings were created before?

One by one? NO
You can use the BULK relist function once the listings have ended. Make sure to change the duration.

You don't have to relist the items.
You likely got charged the 10% because ebay charges on the basis of how the listing was originally listed and yours was originally listed as non-store.
Once they renew, you'll be charged the store rate.
