Ebay Customer Service still only Auto-responding

Have a situation where a buyer tried to extort feedback. it's pretty clear cut. I emailed all of the buyers 10 threatening feedbacks to Ebay Trust & Safety. Included the headers. All 10 were auto responded to with the same phoney customer service names, same inane suggestions, that prove no one read the emails, auto inserted by the main computer. Still no real customer service her for Powersellers. We may not have hit bottom with the company yet I fear.

I should have typed: all of the buyer's 10 threatening emails.

The auto bot suggests I try to contact my buyer and gives me instructions on using the contact info button.

Too hilarious.:^O

What response would you like? You said they "tried" to extort, they didn't actually leave a neg so there would be nothing for eBay to specifically reply to other than acknowledge receipt of your report.

Remember too that eBay is not permitted to let you know what actually happens to your buyer that you have reported due to confidentiality reasons.

However, I'm sure you'll be able to watch and see if they remain a member.

Dear Susan, thanks for your reply. I would also like to apologize for unfairly criticizing you in this forum in the past. I've recently given my heart to the Lord, and am trying to live a more Christian lifestyle. One of the ways to do that is to atone for past sins. So, in that I have wronged you, or any other powerseller in print, here in the past, I apologize. Have a nice night.
