As powersellers are we allowed to use the powerseller or ebay logo on leaderhead, ads, etc?

I don't know, send an email to Powerseller support and in about six months after they send it to legal and back and forth a few times, you will have your answer.

But why would you want to promote ebay at your cost and possibly send your customers to rival sellers?

We run a retail store as well, but I don't want my retail customers buying my goods via Ebay when they can just drop in a buy and save me the FVF's....

I recall that there was an area to download the logo specifically to use for letterhead and business cards. Sorry I don't have the URL. There was a disclaimer attached reading "ebay PowerSellers are neither employees or independent contractors of eBay" (They could do worse.)

I use it in the lower right corner of my business card, much smaller than my own "Systemagic" logo. I don't have a retail store and use my card primarily when purchasing. The word "PowerSeller", I think, bears the conotation that I can move a respectable volume of merchandise. It sounds so much better, too, than "I sell stuff on Ebay".
