I'm trying to buy something and for the last two days I get error messages.. See Picture. Any idea why? The seller has, WORLDWIDE in the ad. Also, when I try to use the cart to buy it, it says "WE WERE UNABLE TO LOAD YOUR CART"

I really don't know. If you use Contact seller to make them aware of the problem, what do they say?

As per the pic attached the original post, it says 'this seller cannot accept payments' or something to that effect.

Sounds like the seller may be blocking non-US-based PayPal payments.

Does the seller have a shipping price listed for Canada?

Does the seller accept any other means of payment ? There are a few other similar payment processors and some sellers even take credit cards directly through their merchant credit card accounts.

I have tried to contact the seller two times and no answer. I can't buy anything from this seller at all. They say they ship worldwide.

Perhaps something is amiss with their paypal account.

Regardless, if you have tried twice to contact them to no avail, that in and of itself does not bode well. If the seller cannot be bothered to talk to you to gain your business, it shows me they will likely not be willing to work out any problems with you that you might have after you make your purchase.

If it were me, I would move on.
