I got neutral feedback from a buyer which is ridiculous.
his comments are "the size is too small". I clearly listed in my ad the sizes and even the measurements in cm and inch and he order small. I am not sure what to do with that. It is not my fault he ordered small. and the small size is too small for him. I think he should have measure his waist before ordering.
and the other neutral feedback says "o" and thats it. I have no idea what went wrong.
Plz help

Ebay 's feedback policy is based on honor.
but not every body can be honor.
so the policy is empty

eBay has changed things to make it a buyer friendly platform. Now, nobody has the fear of buying. The idea is that more people buy and sellers continue to sell. Sellers can complain all they want, but because eBay is a significant source of income for a lot of us.. we have no choice but to bite the bullet. The new system also forces sellers to go above and beyond customer service, making more buyers happy.
what this all equals.... more money for eBay.
It seems like eBay has no idea what they're doing.. but it's very obvious what their motive is.

eBay has changed things to make it a buyer friendly platform.
Exactly!
Bring me more buyers, eBay. If my feedback suffers in the process ... I'd rather be a wealthy man with low feedback than a proud 100% positive beggar.
Bring them in.
Let's prepare for few undeserved negatives. With bigger crowd the more chances. If I am reasonable, 99% of customers will be. If you provide better service than competition, your customers will hardly want to cut themselves off.
Use your blacklist. These are the same customers we are sharing here and unless you are doing something really wrong, there is whole bunch of lousy sellers (your competitors underselling and making money on S/H) going to take the fall. This is good for you and me.
The FB changes may taste sour, but they are designed to increase eBay profits. Since eBay profits come from ours, they are mainly designed to increase mine and your profits.

Regardless of the number of NOW WILLING buyers eBay believes they have created; without CONFIDENT Sellers- the system just collapses.
I have just removed over 30 scheduled auction listings for BIN items.
These would have gone up automatically over the next three weeks.
From here on- BIN listing- when practical.
We are going to move to a strict auction model.
Let the market decide the value.
Everyone else looking for BIN items can shop with someone else.
I hope our competition appreciates the extra??? business.
