Feedback Question, Until today when I left feedback for buyers as soon as I hit the first letter a complete sentence would pop up underneath and all I had to do was highlight it and hit enter--Saves me hours typing the same feedback again and again ---If I hit "M' =  Many thanks for your purchase would pop up or if I hit "S"  Super fast payer many thanks popped up -- Or "F'" Five star buyer etc --But it does not do that now! -- How do I get that feature to come back ? Does anyone Know I would be grateful for your time in helping me to save mine :O) Pat AKA tu-ee

Have yu cleaned out your cache lately?  That may have wiped the preset words out.

Th preset lines only work as far down as you've left feedback before, so if you've left 3 lines before, it'll only have 3 lines of preset comments.

You'll have to type in the comments for the preset to work, too - I don't think copy and paste works for that.

I haven't done feedback that way so I'm not sure how it does work.

When I leave feedback I go to my ebay page on selling manager, then go to Paid with no Feedback and then click on Feedback on the right side of each transaction. Then a choice of feedback choices comes up. You don't have to use those, you can personalize and save them.

I don't think its an eBay feature or issue. Its most likely something  connected to your web browser.

I also think it has something to do with your cache. But if you want to save time, just copy and paste a previous feedback you left.

Thank you so much --That was it I had cleared my cache because my pages were so slow uploading--I have now started a new lot of feedback and I have the pop ups again -- I agree it might be my browser (I use Firefox) as it only works on my feedback pages.

Many thanks to all that answered. I am now back on the quick feedback road :O)

Is selling manager extra costs? I just use turbo Lister which at times can drive me nuts as I keep getting snagged up with previous listing codes (I do know how to use (HTML) I know there seems to be millions of codes in there when I look at it and I just do not know where to start deleting so I leave it all and keep getting different font sizes and colours / also different lines like I go down two lines when I hit the enter key other times I only go down one line -- As I said it drives me nuts some days--Thanks for your help

There are two versions of eBay Selling Manager.

eBay Selling Manager basic is a free subscription. eBay Selling Manager Pro is a paid for subscription at 15.99 a month. If you have a Premium or Anchor store, Selling Manager Pro is free.

Selling Manager basic is a useful tool for sellers. It is similar to My eBay but has a few extras for selling.  However, it cannot replace Turbo Lister since it does not allow the saving of listings. But Selling Manager Pro allows you to create inventory and save listings. It uses the online Sell Your Item form to create listings, revise and save them.

Turbo Lister is a free eBay product but I find it slow and prone to glitches. I list with the online Sell Your Item (SYI) form and use Selling Manager basic to manage my listings. I do use Turbo List to backup my listings made online with the SYI form. I keep copies of my saved listing in TL inventory for future use if needed.

If you are just selling the 70 or so listings that you currently have running, then Turbo Lister is probably you best option since it is free.
