Feedback removal

Can any one let me know what is the proper procedure for trying to get a feedback removed?

I sent an item out COD and then the buyer never picked it up. So I emailed asking why and he left me a negative saying I never sent it. I have the tracking number and I am going to look for the proper manifest.

Any help would be great.

I had someone leave one for me that was meant for another seller and I couldn't get it removed even with the buyer sending an e-mail to ebay explaining the error.

The rules for removal are really strict and from what you describe yours doesn't qualify for removal under their policies.

I think Ebay will be offering the availability of having feedback removed in the future, but it is not yet live.

There's the Feedback Removal form. Unfortunately, as you can see, your feedback doesn't qualify. It's too bad, but they don't remove feedback because "the other person lied about me". 😞
