First negative since 2002 - any help?

I got my first negative.
Can I do something with that..?
I sold a map of Sicily - buyer wanted a map of Malta.
Somebody thinks it's map of Malta here...?

Of course, I did apologize. I offered full refund, a replacement, everything he wanted.
No answer - instead of that a negative.

...... I stopped to list since 6 months because of DSR ......but I never expected nothing like that .... ;-(

There was a thread earlier this week where a seller got a buyer booted because of false contact info.

. It's pretty scary to think that only 1 or 2 buyers can put you out of business.

Can't be one anymore - ebay finally determined that the DSR's will be handled like the feedback - at least 2 separate buyers have to go after you ( and I think the new numbers are 3) before ebay will do anything.

That is the official policy. However, if one American buyer with multiple purchases decides to leave a 1 or 2 on any subject on all purchases, ALL will show in your dashboard.

eBay has a program they run monthly to filter such instances. However, I know from personal experience it does not always work. eBay is aware of the problem and are working to correct it.
