I only use it in the States or when I buy postage from Endicia but that too is American. I'm confused. Where I get further confused, and this is where maybe I'm missing something, I don't see this foreign transaction fee that others have been charged. Mine shows 0 fees.
I look at the details and all I see is the charge for what I bought. No fees show in either the summary format or in the details. Am I not seeing something somewhere that I should be or did they screw up again and they're going to mess with our accounts?
