Why is it that when you preview an HTML ad it looks good. Everything is where it should be.

Then you list the ad and things are not where they were 10 sec. ago.

Object get moved and overlap each other.

This is extremely frustrating

Part of your problem is that you are putting a full web page in the description part of the eBay listing page. So you duplicate HTML statements that should only be used once and it will interfere with the eBay HTML that surrounds it.

I know of the issue but I am not an HTML expert. Far from it. I would suggest that you go the eBay.com forum called Photos & HTML and post your issue there. There are some amazing people there who know HTML and will help you clean it up.
