Help---Prostores Setup Problem

I just subscribed to the Prostores (Business Edtion)and had a bunch of questions. Here are some:

1). "Site Administrator" are mentioned in the manual many times but I couldn't find it. Is that a person?

2). Accrording to the feature comparison chart, Business Edition has inventory management but I couldn't even find where to enter the quantity.

3). Is "CyberSource Tax Calculator" mandatory for Canadian tax setting? I couldn't figure out how to set sales tax.

4). PayPal has direct website payments (customer doesn't need a PayPal account). Prostores says it support "PayPal Website Payments Pro". But PayPal Website Payments Pro is for US only. I am wondering if PayPal Website Payments Standard works with Prostores. I was trying to find the answer by setting up PayPal payment in Prostores but had no luck to figure out how it worked.

I asked those questions via Prostores "contact us" but didn't get response in 48 hours which was promised to be answered in 24 hours.

Anybody can help me?

1) "Site Administrator" = you. You can create subusers to manage different tasks I believe.

4) The no account needed Website Payments is US only. That means you'll only be able to take PayPal payments from account holders from what I gather. Look at my merchant accounts thread, that might be of some interest.

But I don't think "Site Administrator" is myself. This is the origianl words in the manual:

The CyberSource Tax Calculator must be enabled by your Site Administrator. Please see your Site Administrator for more information.
