Help with automatic relisting

I just noticed I got stung by ebay for $63.00 in relisted items from Ebay.com that were on a promotion "No fee's if you list good till cancelled" a couple months ago.  It was just posted to my account this evening.  If I cancel all the auctions right now will I get it refunded maybe? I am selling stuff for a buck and getting charged a 40 cent us listing fee, thats a joke and would never do that under normal circumstances. . How can I make sure this never happens again? I have made about $30 bucks in the last 2 months on Ebay, so choking on $63.00 in fees is not something I want to do. Any help greatly appreciated!

Those GTC offers are only good until the offer expires. After that each monthly renewal is charged -- a GTC automatically renews every 30 days.

Cancelling a GTC early will not refund the fee.

1) Check any other GTC listings you have and make sure to end them before they renew (My eBay should be showing you the next renewal date).

2) Phone eBay (see Help & Contact link) and see if you can sweet talk them into cancelling the fees.

3) If that does not work -- then do a mass edit and raise your asking price by 50 cents on the listings you've paid for, and then mark on the calendar when you need to cancel them all (I'm guessing by Nov 28).

Help with automatic relisting

Thanks Dennis! I remained calm and managed to get the charges waived after some sweet talking to the Ebay rep. It was the best customer service I have ever received from Ebay! They called me back within 1 minute, and took care of all the fee's. I have a new view on their customer service team, today they were awesome!
