Help with the seller item be remove of eBay

Hi there I have purchase two item on eBay I only received on email from one supplier and not the other and both item number have been remove of eBay and I try to email the on seller how has not email me and np reply I tried to long a case but I can not as the item has been remove and the other item the member email me but I what to ask bid there a tracking number with he item but the item be taken off ad well and it saying the member is no long a user please reply to let me what to do thanks diane

Open a dispute through payal instead of eBay and use the paypal transaction number.

If you have problems telephone paypal they have better customer support than eBay does.

If paypal won't help telephone the customer service number on the back of the credit card you use to finance the purchase and ask to do a charge back.

When you open the Paypal dispute, tell them that the seller is "Not A Registered User". The clerk should understand that the seller has been kicked off eBay for bad behaviour.

If more than 45 days have passed, go to your credit card for a chargeback, as suggested.
