How To Cancel A Transaction When Using Ebay Mobile App.

I purchased an item and subsequently requested to cancel the transaction. The seller has contacted me stating;  "I'm sorry but I use the eBay mobile app on my phone and I don't see any options for canceling the transaction." Could someone plse provide instructions so that I can forward to the seller. Thks in advance.

It can't be cancelled from the mobile app. Your seller will either have to move to a desktop computer or open the browser on his/her phone to do so. Apps are designed for buying, not selling. They don't support Stores or anything complicated. It is a bone of contention.
