Hi guys, as mentioned in my question.. how can it happens? I only ship in USA and Canada which it's setup in my shipping info on the auction. Also, I block bidders who ''Have a primary shipping address in countries that I don't ship to''. A guy from Saudi Arabia bid on my auction.. how can it happens?

You ad says ships to Canada and U.S. But you do have a country exclusion list set up. So anyone anywhere is able to bid.
You have to set this up in your preferences.

Ok thank you very much!

That isn't true. If you specify where you ship and have the option checked off to block bidders who "Have a primary shipping address in countries that I don't ship to", there is no reason to put in the countries that you exclude. It's quite possible that the bidder has a U.S. or Canadian address that they want the item shipped to.

It most certainly is true. Especially if you didn't have the option check off.
What you say about the bidder having a North American address is true. But all the bidder has to due is register on the U.S. or Canada sites. And then he can bid. I had one and he had no address others than Turkeys

It is true ONLY if the option mentioned is not checked off.
At one time ebay didn't have the exclusions at all and using that option was the only way to block buyers in specific countries.
He shouldn't have been able to bid in your situation..obviously the system doesn't work all of the time.

Firstly, sorry about the auto-correct. I really should proof read before posting!
I've found that one can check all of the boxes, have exclusions and there are still anomalies and loop holes.
Best advise is to cover all bases and hope for the best. These situations come up rarely.
