Do you live outside of Canada? If that's the case,contact the seller and explain your situation. If,however,he won't ship outside the country,there's nothing you can do.

What message are you getting in the dialogue box when you try to buy?  Those usually say what the problem is.

Have you contacted the seller to explain the incongruency?  With so little information provided, no one here can say for certain what the problem might be or how to remedy it.

I'd say contact the seller and try to sort it out at that end, or post as much information as you may be comfortable with here.  Item number would be best, - just the item number.
