How do I choose the shipping option while buying?

I see an item I'm interested in that has two shipping options listed, one much more expensive than the other. How do I go about selecting the option I want, which is the less expensive one? Is it that once I buy the item, I will be offered to choose one of them while paying? Or do I have to tell the seller the option I prefer in advance?

Yes once you purchase the item there will be a chance to choose the type of shipping you want during the payment of the item. Once you choose the method of shipping you will receive an invoice with the total including the shipping charges you have chosen, which you will then pay.
