How do I contact eBay by e-mail?  Why is this so hard to do?  What are they hiding?

go to the top of this page and click Customer Service

On The top of that page click Contact Ebay

Click Buyer Seller or Account pick out the section that applies to your question

click fill out the rest

and pick out whether you want to talk to them by phone or email

You could also participate in the open discussions on Wednesdays at 1 pm. with eBay Canada staff, although that is usually for more general interest questions.

Most problems can be answered by posting to the Buyer Board. Your fellow members often have more experience than the clerks in customer service.
