I sent a full refund back to a buyer. I intended to send them only the difference they had overpaid me for shipping but I messed up on the form. I have contacted them twice to try to get my money sent back. They have ignored both of my emails. I gave them a really good feed back when they paid and I know they have the 2 items they bought because I check with Canada Post and they have taken delivery of them. They have not given me any feedback and I see no indication that they are going to try to return my money. I tried to make them understand that as it stands, they have received their 2 items for free and I paid the shipping. My items are gone and I have been charged the eBay fees. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get my money back again. I know it is my own fault, but I expected ebayers to be more conscientions. collectingmsliz

Open a unpaid item case as soon as possible. At least if they don't pay you they will get a strike on their account. Also report them to ebay. They may have a pattern of abuse that will lead to them being NARU;

Since the buyer did pay, and you refunded him, I doubt the Unpaid Item Dispute will work. But try it anyway. Maybe it will scare him a little.
Put him on your Blocked Buyer List.
If he does not pay, you can add a Response to your original feedback. While Responses , like Feedback, should be calm professional and factual, they are not required to be positive.
But basically, you may as well just kick yourself for making a rookie mistake and then let it go.
I hope it was not a substantial amount of money.
As a side note. Since you seem to have been persuaded to give a partial refund without getting any product back, I am not surprised that the buyer is ignoring you. In my opinion, and I have lots and lots of opinions, the only refunds should be a full refund of the original payment on return of the item in original condition. But your mileage may differ.
