How do I know which item open for bidding, its shipping is under Global Shipping Program. Do I ask the sell by email?

The final total paying price is different with the seller's. There are more charges items.

How do I avoid this.

Hi .. Purchasing an item from a seller using GSP means import charges (duty/taxes) if applicable, are paid at checkout rather than on delivery. Seller has no control over the process..

The top section of any listing will state..import charges..to be provided at checkout .,if you wish to avoid.
