I am out $1540 us with these two buyers. I bought these items in April 2013 and never received them.
I would like my money back but ether one will answer my e-mails. What do I do.

You cannot leave feedback because it has to be left within 60 days.
You should have filed claims before 45 days as it is WAY too long now
If you paid by Credit card there is a very slim chance you can get your
money back if you phone the 1-800 number on the back of your card and
see about doing a chargeback.
Credit card companies also have time limits but you never know you
may get a sympathetic agent.

For what it's worth, you can leave a Response to any feedback that the sellers might have already left for you.
It doesn't affect their scores and won't help you get your money back, but it might warn some future customer.
Like feedback, the most effective Responses are calm and factual.
