How do I retract my bid? Due to $19.20 S/H on a $1 notebook from a seller that doesn't do refunds?

I made a bid of 25 cents a couple of days ago on a Disney Notebook, not realizing until today that the seller was charging $19.20 to ship the item which is valued at about $1.00.
