How picture are stored on EBay? (URGENT HELP NEEDED please)

Hi need urgent help!!! 😞

We started 4 months ago selling sports cards on EBay, up to now we have near 60,000 active listing.

Most of the listing have been posted with TL and now with FE.  All pictures was on a server and everything
was good until yesterday that server crashed.  What I was understanding is that EBay get the picture when we list the
first time then the image is stored on EBay servers.  So today we are in the process of building up the new server but
take the time to restructure the data more efficiently so all the pictures are no more in the same directories. 
Today I was surprise that I'm receiving around 1-3 email a minute from EBay that I have image issues that the source picture was not found!!!! 😞 **bleep** !!!!
The first (only have one per listing) image are not stored on EBay's servers?????

If not I can change the pictures to the new structure path with FE but I may have a issue that also need help.

I have around 60,000 URL to update so I will have a FE file larger then 15MB: Ok many files can be uploaded right?

There is a 5,000 modification per day allowed right????? I will need around 60,000 to do the job so 12 days!!! 😞 There is something to do???

Something strange it's look like all the missing picture are from the same date the 26th of october.

That make me think that: All my listing are in store GTC, does EBay go get the picture again when the listing auto relist?????

Need help ASAP please!!!!

I would recommend that you start on the FileExcange forum:

You will see a thread where you can request an increase in daily upload limit, from 5K to 50K.

When you upload through FileExchange using the PicUrl field, your photos should transfer to eBay hosting. I'm not sure why your original photos did not transfer, but I suspect those were uploaded using self-hosting on TurboLister. Iif eBay fails to retrieve self-hosted photos on the first try, they'll default to your own server urls. With the new CopyWebFiles upload method, a failed upload will return an error instead of falling back to external urls.
