How to contact Powerseller Support?

Hi. I'm wondering if anybody has an alternate way of contacting Powerseller support other than the link provided after you sign into the Powersellers page. The link appears to be broken and isn't working for me.

I tried to access it yesterday and could not for the same reason you stated. I tried Live help today and was told to use Live help and because of PS status would get priority.

Big problem, They don't have service 24h/24. 😞
I reported the broken link. Didn't seem to bother them much. Elaine
