Hudak backpeddling

Hudak has decided not to promote or implement Right to Work legislation if he is elected.

Hudak is showing what he is really like.........again. It's no mystery that I have always disliked Hudak and disagreed with this US Right to Work concept but deep down inside there was a morsel of respect for him if he believed in what he believed and stood by it. But now it's obvious he would do and say anything in desperation to get elected. He's so low he could crawl under a snake wearing a top hat.

Whatever it takes Timmy, go for it!

The split vote will do you good for a strong provincial NDP will benefit the Conservatives in most Ontario ridings. Consider that the Liberals and New Democrats feast from the same voter pool. As long as these two parties split that left-liberal vote, the Tories will win. Same goes for the Feds. Sorry Mulcair and Trudeau!

And if any other party leader did that, you would be on them like white on rice.

The majority of the party doesn't support right to work legislation.

How much does the flip flop cost?

How much does it cost when liberals flip flop?

In all truth, no politicians can be totally trusted. Well maybe one more than most. Now the question is, how do we clone Hazel McCallion?

Re: Hudak backpeddling

Just like on the federal scene, the Ontario Cons apparently have to pretend to be Liberals in order to get any votes. None of the hard core conservative platform positions ever win any votes but somehow these destructive regressive measures find their way into legislation once the Cons weasel their ways into office...

Whatever it takes. And that's being smart politicians much to your dismay.

Re: Hudak backpeddling

Today, we put a simple question to the McGuinty-Wynne Liberals and the NDP: will they commit to not raising the price of gas?

They refused to say no to this unnecessary tax grab.

Only the PC Party has committed to not raising the price of gas by 10 cents/Litre and, as we saw today, only the PC Party will put their words into action.

We've heard from tens of thousands of Ontarians telling us they can't afford this tax grab.

Re: Hudak backpeddling

"Privately, the Liberals are already cool to the idea of raising sales or gas taxes to pay for transit. They have discussed debt financing as a way to reduce the amount of money needed up front, which would in turn help avoid a major tax increase."

Re: Hudak backpeddling

Not a lot of difference between raising taxes over taking on more debt. Who pays the interest on debt and deficit?

Re: Hudak backpeddling

Next stop for Wynne will be 500 million for Chrysler in Windsor. That one's a gotcha or it goes south.

More deficit/debt for Ontarians. We bail these people out and they move south anyways. Mainly due to union demands and ultra high Ontario electricity costs.

Is the answer blowing in the wind (turbines)
